My workout!!!!
Today I went running for 2 miles, it felt good! I hadn't worked out in over 2 months. I hadn't had the time. Now that I am getting some vacations thes next few months I hope to get some kind of routine. I am 44 yrs old and it gets hard sometimes but, it shouldn't be. I do take a vitamin supplement because no matter what I eat I dn't get all the vitamins I should get. I recommend Body Balance and Dreamaway. They both taste great and they are liquid so they get absorbed into your body through the bloodstream very quickly.
