How do i make myself feel good all the time?

Well, taking certain vitamins and exercising on a regular basis is a great start to feeling good. When you take vitamins like amino acids, muscle builders, serotonin, and a stress reduction program, you are almost certain to feel good about yourself. As people get older the less active they get and don't get all the vitamins that they are suppose to get. So we need help from vitamins.
